Does every cartoon come from a fraud?
Purchase contestation and reversal request may be as a reason to be a commercial disagreement. That is, when the customer makes a purchase and, for some reason, is dissatisfied with it - either because the product or service was delivered with malfunctions, was not consistent with the ad or simply was not delivered.
Chargebacks may still occur by:
- Friendly fraud: The customer does not recognize a purchase he or a close relative made with his card. This can happen when e-commerce uses a name on the invoice other than your venture. Business that use subadroments as a means of payment may suffer from this issue, as it is the name of this contracted company that appears to the end customer;
- Processing Error: It happens when purchase is charged more than once, when installment is not made or when there are information disagreements;
- Autofraud: The buyer receives the product and makes use of it, but requests cartooner at the card operator, acting in bad faith.
