Governor signs adjusting freight law

Law 11.866/2023 was signed by Governor Renato Casagrande during the ceremony at the Sindiex anniversary celebration event.

With this adjustment, the benefit deadline will be extended until June 30, 2027 and the term "even if with suspended enforceability" is excluded, which appeared in the previous legislation. This prohibition impaired the activities of the Fundapian companies that, even not not Having open debts with the state, they were unable to request the benefit.
