Decree is changed to reinforce the privacy of the citizen

As provided for in the standard, the sharing of personal data between individuals or legal entities governed by public and private law is limited to the minimum necessary to meet the purpose, with the duty to advertise for the organs to data sharing. P>

The reedited standard also defines that the use of the citizen's base register or its intersection with other bases for data treatment operations - with the purpose of mapping or exploring individual or collective behaviors of citizens - must have express, prior consent and specific to affected individuals and the proper transparency of motivation and purpose.
