Beneficiaries of Compete-ES and Invest-ES will be able to install debts not related to incentive programs

Taxpayers Capixabas participating in the State Tax Incentive Programs may install tax debts that are not directly related to the benefits granted. The change, instituted through Decree No. 5.455-R, is an important measure to encourage tax regularity and favor the recovery of tax debts.

Public policies that aim to contribute to the expansion, modernization and diversification of the productive sectors of Espírito Santo, with emphasis on employment and income generation and reducing social and regional inequalities.
