Change in the internal rate of ES

Law No. 11,981 (DOE of 12/07/2023)

Introduces changes in Law No. 7,000 of December 27, 2001, which provides for the Tax on Operations related to the circulation of goods and About provision of interstate and intercity transportation services and communication - ICMS. /> Art. 1st Art. 20 of Law No. 7,000, of December 27, 2001, is effective with the following change:

“art. 20. (...)

I - 19.5% (nineteen integers and five tenths percent):

Art. 2º This law comes into force on the first day of the fourth month following its publication.
