MORE INCENTIVE FOR WHOLESALE SECTOR OF ESPÍRITO SANTO

In spite of the economic turbulence experienced in these last months due to the almost extinction of Fundap (going for a negotiation), we are faced with great prospects for the wholesale sector of our State as we can observe through news published by Sincades, which follows in a summarized way:

Billing Forecast 2012: R $ 15.2 Billion

Forecast for billing increase: 8% (eight)

Forecast hiring for 2012: 6,000 employees.

Storage area in 2011: 1,250,000 m2

Forecast increase of area in 2012: 250,000 m2

Forecast for investments: R $ 200 Million

Much of this good performance is due to the development policy of the Capixaba government that offers benefits to the sector through an incentive called Wholesale Competence and about which I have detailed material that can be read in full in the link http://www.administradores.com.br/informe-se/artigos/explicacoes-e-operacionalidade-do-compet-atacadista/55381/.

And this segment can grow even more, because it is possible for the distributor to increase its mix of goods with purchases of imported using both importers who own Invest Import!

The use of the Compete Wholesale for imported goods means a greater reduction in the cost of purchasing goods from abroad, as it allows the wholesaler to acquire them at a discount on the value of the ICMS from their entry NF, thereby increasing their profitability.

About this possibility also I have material that can be read in full in the link http://www.administradores.com.br/informe-se/artigos/compet-atacadista-e-invest-importacao-agora-e-possivel/53935/.

Certainly the concomitant use of these two fiscal incentives, Compete Wholesaler and Invest Import will cause the wholesale sector of Espírito Santo to increase its competitiveness in the market and grow much more than companies that are not located in the Espírito Santo.

And we, from Capital Assessoria Empresarial, develop projects for the implementation or modernization of companies with the use of benefits that best meet each type of business, respecting the specifics of each one.
