SEFAZ performs special operation to oversee wholesale trade in grain

The Secretariat of Finance (SEFAZ), through the State Revenue, carried out, this August, a special operation of inspection in the state's coffee market. In order to verify fiscal regularity, combat tax evasion and unfair competition, tax auditors visited a total of 38 wholesale coffee companies in grain, located in the Northwest, Northeast, South and Metropolitan regions.

Among the companies visited, 12 presented inconsistencies because they were not performing their activities at the address registered with SEFAZ and had the entries blocked for issuing tax documents until they solve the issues.
