SEFAZ accelerates precatory payments and small value obligations in 2023

The Secretariat of Finance (SEFAZ) presented in 2023 a significant advance in the agility of precatory payments and small obligations (OPV), highlighting a growing commitment to administrative efficiency and Fiscal Responsibility. Sefaz allocated R $ 86.2 million for the payment of precatory, reinforcing the commitment of the state government to the settlement of court debts and the maintenance of fiscal health. For the 2024 exercise, Sefaz, through the State Treasury, foresees to allocate approximately R $ 151 million for the discharge of direct administration precatory.
