ES government reduces imposed on electric and hybrid cars

The State Government reduced ICMS charged over electrified cars (100% electric or hybrids) from 17% to 12%. Thus, the Holy Spirit starts to impose the same rate already practiced by most states and equals the electrified (less polluting) tax to what is charged on combustion vehicles.
