Espírito Santo guarantees tax benefit for solar plant components

In Brazil, solar plant plates are exempt from ICMs by virtue of an agreement by the National Council of Faithful Policy (Confaz) states. The Holy Spirit, however, was a pioneer to understand that some pieces of a plant, such as the inverter, are not part of this benefit. This was a cold water bath for distributors of solar plant parts in a moment of low market. This week, however, the state was a pioneer again, but this time contributed to legal certainty and business maintenance.
