Companies can only have one CNPJ when opening kiosks in shopping malls in ES

Companies operating in Espírito Santo who want to open kiosks in shopping malls, in the same city as the establishment is located, do not need to open a new CNPJ.

The Secretary of State for Finance, Marcelo Altoé, explains that the norm authorizes the extension of establishment for the operation of kiosks of the company itself in shopping mall corridors located in the same municipality of the taxpayer.
