Brazil stands out in the global scenario of entrepreneurship with 67% of the adult population involved

Entrepreneurship is becoming increasingly common in the lives of Brazilians, with over 93 million people between 18 and 64 years old involved with entrepreneurship, according to the 2022 report of Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (Gem ).

The study found that 67% of the Brazilian adult population has some involvement with entrepreneurship. This is divided into 42 million people who already have a business or are taking action to have one, and another 51 million who are interested in starting an entrepreneurial activity in the next three years.
